Track and Trace
Before you attend our training centres, we will request your details for track and trace purposes. To ensure we keep in line with GDPR rules, we will delete your personal details from our records 1-month after completing your course.
Returning to Classroom Training
Since the easing of the COVID-19 restrictions across the country, we have been working hard to ensure the safety of our trainers and delegates at our training centres.
Our top priority is your health and well-being; therefore, we have implemented a number of social distancing and cleaning measures, so you feel safe when learning with us.
This is what to expect:
Training Room Capacity
To ensure the learning environment is safe, and to keep in line with current social distancing rules, we have reduced the room capacity to maintain the 2 metre rule.
Cleaning
Before our centres are re-opened, we will be giving our facilities a deep clean. We also have a regular cleaning process in place.
Hand Hygiene
We have made hand sanitisers available at reception and in the classroom for your use.
Our bathrooms and kitchen facilities are also equipped with anti-bacterial wash.
PPE
While you are in the classroom the 2-meter rule applies, but if the trainers need to assist delegates on a 1-2-1 basis, they will approach you with a face covering on. You will not be asked to wear PPE during the course.
Breaks and Refreshments
We have traditionally provided our delegates with lunch vouchers and made our kitchens available for making hot drinks. Even though they are still available, we would like to encourage delegates to bring their own refreshments (further details will be provided in your confirmation email).
Social Distancing
Social distancing will be required at all times whilst attending our training centres.
