Cadventure Transfers Bluebeam Business to Symetri
On Monday 18th November, Cadventure transferred its Bluebeam business to Symetri. This transfer will not affect any additional products and services that you have with Cadventure. The only change is that Symetri will now be responsible for your Bluebeam provisions going forwards.

Cadventure have enjoyed a great relationship with Bluebeam over many years and have been highly successful as a Platinum partner for Bluebeam.
Cadventure have made the strategic decision to focus exclusively on their Bentley Systems portfolio. As part of this, Cadventure have been acquired by Bentley Systems, so it is no longer possible for them to continue as a Bluebeam partner.
For now, it will be business as usual. Current new licence and renewal quotations in progress with the Cadventure team will not be impacted.
Cadventure will work closely with Symetri & Bluebeam to ensure you continue to receive the service and support you need, backed up with additional Symetri resources.
Symetri are already an existing Platinum Bluebeam partner, so you can expect to receive the same level of product and service offering, with strong technology capability.
All Bluebeam licences purchased through Cadventure will be maintained and supported by Symetri going forwards. Symetri will also handle any additional licence and upgrade requests, plus associated training and consultancy services that you may require. Other Cadventure solutions for Bentley Systems will continue to be managed and provided by the Cadventure team as before.
Cadventure will work closely with the Symetri team to introduce you to your new point of contact, some of whom you may be familiar with. Your new account manager will be in touch with you shortly. In the meantime, you can use the details below:
Any training that has been booked and invoiced with Cadventure will go ahead. Anything new that is required will be handled by Symetri.

The last date for placing orders directly with Cadventure will be Monday 18th November. However, we will endeavour to honour quotes already provided by Cadventure through Symetri. Each will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Alongside Bluebeam, Symetri are also able to support with Solibri opportunities and renewals.

Any invoices dated before 18th November 2024 should be paid to Cadventure as normal. Symetri’s Finance team will write to you separately with new account information and bank details for invoices after 18th November which will be branded with the Symetri logo.
