On-Demand | Achieving Net Zero | Simplifying Embodied Carbon Calculations In Revit

In this on-demand webinar, we take a look at Naviate Zero in action and understand how easily it fits into the everyday workflow.

Naviate Zero enables easy embodied carbon calculations of materials in Revit, focusing on the A1-A3 materials stage of a Life Cycle Assessment, where Architects and Engineers have the most influence in the design. Utilising the OneClick LCA material database, Naviate Zero applies Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) data to the components in a Revit Model, then calculates the total Global Warming Potential (GWP) of embodied CO2e for the model.

As Naviate Zero works live inside the Revit environment, the results can be quickly updated as the model changes or to compare alternatives. The EPD data and calculation results are stored in element parameters within the model for easy scheduling and reporting.

Naviate Zero helps Architects and Engineers optimise their design with Net Zero Carbon standards in mind with minimal impact on project workflows. It can also be the first step in a Life Cycle Assessment workflow via its direct link to OneClick LCA.

In this webinar recording, you'll not only enhance your understanding of embodied carbon calculations, but also gain practical skills to optimise your designs for sustainability, efficiency, and compliance, with minimal workflow disruption.

AGENDA:

  • An introduction to the stages of a building Life Cycle Assessment and where Naviate Zero fits in to the workflow.
  • Live Demonstration of Naviate Zero in Revit - Understand the workflow and how to configure it for easy everyday use.
  • See how the results of the Naviate Zero calculation can be taken forward into the whole building Life Cycle Assessment via OneClick LCA.

SUITABLE FOR:

  • Revit Users
  • Naviate Users
  • Architects
  • Engineers
