Building Safety Summit: Building Together for a Safer, More Sustainable Future

After the success of our event in Manchester last year on the topic of building and fire safety, we're pleased to announce that we will be hosting our third Building Safety Summit in October this year in London.

Building Safety Summit: Building Together for a Safer, More Sustainable Future

Date

Thursday 10th October 2024

Time

10am - 2:30pm

Event Details:

As of 1st October 2023, all new high risk building projects were required to go through a process of proceeding through different gateways at various stages of a project, in accordance with the Building Safety Act. In addition, all existing high risk buildings needed to be registered with the government by this date.

Following the success of our event in October last year, we’re pleased to bring back our third Building Safety Summit to look at updates and advancements around the Building Safety Act since October last year and how 2024 marks the year of not only heightened regulatory involvement in building certifications for new high-risk buildings, but existing too.

Join us to hear first-hand insights and updates from the BSR, and real-world examples of how businesses from design to occupancy are being impacted by the Building Safety Act including how they are delivering against it, capturing robust evidence trails for new projects and existing high risk buildings retrospectively whilst also ensuring sustainability.

Whether you're a developer, architect, contractor, or building manager, this event offers essential information to help you stay informed and prepared for the evolving regulatory landscape, in addition to a renewed focus on building safety and sustainability culture beyond just high risk buildings.
