Symetri has acquired Cadassist Ltd and d2m3 Ltd (“Cadassist”) with a combined turnover of approximately £ 9 million (SEK 110 million.)

Cadassist headquartered in Manchester was formed in 1989 leveraging design experience gained with one of the largest and most respected global design consultancies.   As an Autodesk Gold Partner, Cadassist specialises in the delivery of 3D Design and BIM software applications across all key industries & sectors and have been rated as UK's number one Autodesk Authorised Training Centre six times in the last eight years.

d2m3 provides consultancy and world-class data management systems (TDM, PDM & PLM) across Europe in some of the most demanding manufacturing and infrastructure sectors supporting large organisations like Centrica, BT, Bentley Cars, TfL, Pilkington Glass, BAE Systems, plus hundreds of SME's

The acquisition of Cadassist and d2m3 is in line with the Symetri strategy to be an international market-leading partner of software and services for design and engineering activities, and the company will be consolidated as part of Symetri.
