Due to expansion, we require one new Technical Support Consultant to join our highly skilled and successful team.
Technical Support Consultant

Role and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work mainly to provide first-line technical support to our customer base. Primarily in the following areas

  • Licensing and software management
  • 3D Design Software
  • Product Data Management Software

In addition to the above, the successful candidate will also be responsible for managing the Symetri Training suites.

Qualifications and Experience required

Ideally, HNC/ HND qualified in a relevant field

GCSE Math’s & English – Grade C (5) or above

Good communication skills and personable

Word & Excel skills

Strong motivated individual who can work within a team, and independently.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Autodesk Software

Additional Notes

Candidates will be considered with IT Helpdesk Experience, but have no previous Autodesk Software experience.

This role has a large potential for advancement for the right person.

Candidates should hold a Full clean (UK) Driving license and Passport.
