At Symetri we are always striving to provide the best possible service to our customers.
It has come to our attention, that a recent windows update (KB4041676, KB4041691, KB4041681 & Creator Update) can cause major problems with your Autodesk Software.
This will only effect you if the Vault server is installed on a normal windows 10 machine.
It is Symetri’s advice that you DO NOT INSTALL these updates in any circumstances until Autodesk release a patch to fix these issues. It is also a good idea to take a manual backup of your vault, just in case these updates are applied automatically.
Without a valid backup, Symetri will be unable to get your data back.
